Development of Result Based Monitoring and Evaluation Systems

We support project teams in developing comprehensive Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) frameworks—such as Results-Based M&E, log frames, results chains, and theories of change—to guide what indicators to measure, when, and how. We also design data collection tools and plans to support implementation. By involving teams in the process, we enhance their understanding and capacity, and ensure they are equipped with all the necessary tools and guidelines for effective project monitoring from the outset.

Baseline Surveys

Using the project’s log frame or results chain, we identify key indicators at the goal, outcome, and output levels and develop appropriate tools to collect data from target beneficiaries. In collaboration with clients, we determine the research design based on project scope, resources, and future evaluation plans. We employ both qualitative and quantitative methods to gather data, analyze it by indicator, and present findings in a comprehensive baseline report. Where needed, we also offer recommendations to refine the project design.

Project Evaluation and impact assessments

Periodic evaluations—such as annual, midterm, or end-of-phase reviews—are essential for tracking project progress against set targets and objectives.  Leveraging our strong research infrastructure and expertise in project cycle management, we deliver objective, evidence-based evaluations. We also document success stories and best practices through various media, including videos, photos, and written case studies, to showcase impact and inform future programming.
